How is my Privacy protected?
We never share or sell your email address. To keep you anonymous, your posts do NOT show your last name or email, and if you want, you can even create a screenname so that even your firstname is not shown.
I hate Spam, will I receive junk emails?
Absolutely not! By default, we send only one update of the most popular tips per week, and if you don't like it or wish not to receive the popular tips newsletter, you can turn it off. The choice is yours and we abide by it.
How do I change my subscription to the popular tips newsletter?
There are links both at the top and bottom of the newsletter to let you change your subscription preferences. Simply click either link to change your subscription or unsubscribe.
I signed up but did not receive my activation email, what do I do?
Email services can mistakenly file incoming emails into a bulk/spam folders. Put "familyzip.com" onto your whitelist (ask your email provider if you need help). After this, just sign up again using the same email.
