I too purchased green bags for my produce.... and although I didn't see much difference in the preservation of most of my produce.. the two things I noted was that if you keep your carrots dry, with or without a bag.. they last longer and 2. the green bags actually DID preserve my romaine lettuce for a very long time... I was amazed.. even the stalk didn't brown...
