The only problem with this approach is that you never address the real issue, teaching chidren to eating vegatables is enjoyable. The kids who are tricked will still want to eat the same mac n' cheez, baked products and starches instead of real food! Hungry children will eat... it is more a matter of what you offer them consistently and eat yourself than finding ways of "tricking" them.
