No, the museum isn't in Portsmouth anymore. It is in Dover and its great. We visited Labor Day weekend and had a great time. A few of the exhibit weren't finished but I believe they are now and we plan to visit New Years Eve day. Its great in warmer weather because there's a playground outside near the back that you can bring a picnic and the kids can use the playground.
