This actually occurs in all stores - this happened to me at a Marshall's but I kept the item and regifted it. When returning w/out a receipt, the "so called clearance price" is NOT a clearance price at all it is the price the store paid for the merchandise. The store (ie) paid $2.50 for the item and when they sell it to you - you paid $7.50 - they would get a $5.00 profit. So when items are on SALE - it's not really considering how much they originally paid for it. SCAM!!!...

I tried this place w/ my sister and my boyfriend and this place is HORRIBLE. They didn't have the cowboy ribeye and gave us a sirloin and still charged us for the ribeye. We did order the Fried Banana Split and it was TERRIBLE. I don't know what they did to the banana but it was soft and brown and tasted horrible. We did ask for the manager however he wasn't accommodating stating that the ribeye was a ribeye which in fact wasn't as I've eaten at numerous steakhouses. We did email a comment and no response. For the price that we paid - I could've gone to Capital Grille, Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Flemings and got better food & service for the price... This is a thumb's down!!!...

I agree w/ the above - please also ADD:
- The Super Duper Sized Strollers that are heavy, inconvenient and not easy to use. It's just $$$$$$ and, of course, everyone wants them. Now, we have this (that we don't use) and a portable stroller which we use all the time.
- A Bassinet. Baby outgrew this in a couple of months.
- A Diaper Holder. HUH - WHY???... it now holds my child's noisy guitar.
