I love it. I have found me a new recipe. I love meatloaf, and have been trying for years to make the perfect meatloaf, to no avail. Even my picky sister loved it. And no one even noticed that there was cheese it. I ended up using a cup of whole milk because I didn't have any evaporated milk, but it still turned out great. Eventually, I'll add bell peppers and onions, but for right now, I'll keep it as it is.
