Thank you so much for this advice. I am the queen of the UN-preparedness and it usually take me anywhere from 1-3 hours to leave the house with my (gasp!) two kids. This causes my kids to be aggravated for the delay, my husband to get frustrated for having to wait on me and me to leave the house like a madwoman.
