I'm with you Jesmom! I thought this article is interesting because there seems to be a weird stigma with kids and planes! Who knows - I'm just happy that I can fly and my kids are pretty content. Thanks for the comment.

Wow, I'm impressed. I find that once they get to the stage of 'drama' it takes more of ME taking the deep breathing and centering myself, never thought to have the kids do it. I should try that. How do you do it exactly?

My daughters both have been on Omega3 capsules in lemon flavor for much of their lives (at one time, they really wouldn't eat much of anything, so this was the only source for a bit of time)...I don't know if it's working on their brain-power yet (I personally think so), but the kids love them and 'feel' good! Thanks again!
