The Blue Day Book for Kids is an amazing book that tells a simple little story of why you might feel blue and how to cheer yourself up. There is only a sentence or two per page, plus an awesome, usually amazing, photo of an animal in a unique or funny pose. This book is so comforting, it definately is not just for kids. I read it today at the guidance office at school, and immediately bought a copy for my daughter, who sometimes feels blue and can't pinpoint the reason for feeling bad. But secretly, she was just an excuse to have the book within my easy reach.
