When you have leftover pizza, heat it up in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove.  Set heat to med-low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No more soggy microwave pizza.  I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works!

OK, it's been awhile, but I finally tried this. Wow, it was delicious! Well worth wiping out the frying pan.

I use a toaster oven, on the toast setting. It keeps the crust nice and crisp. Hope that helps!

I hope this really works, because I hate the microwave uneven reheat. I can't wait to try it!
