OK, friends, I'm going to let you in on a secret-the best dinner I've made in maybe a year only took me 15 minutes to cook!! I just threw this together, and it is absolutely divine. Bonus: my vegetarian daughter will eat it, she simply removes her shrimp and gives them to Dad or me.
Thaw 1 Bag frozen, cooked shrimp 12-16 oz. Put 1 lb. or 1.5 lb. bag of frozen ravioli on to cook. Meanwhile, open a can of whole black olives. Cut up a large tomato into small dice. Drain the ravioli and leave in the collander. Take the hot pot back to the oven, put in butter to taste (enough to cover all the ingredients). Let butter melt on hot burner if electric, or on low flame if gas. Throw in a few tablespoons of minced garlic from the jar, or mince your own. Brown the garlic. Throw in salt, pepper, and whatever you want. I put in lots of cilantro. When it's all melty and hot, return the ravioli, and add the shrimp, olives and tomatoes. Stir to coat, and call everyone to the table. Enjoy!
