I’ve recently added a new word to my vocabulary- “Gastropub.” Right there, in that one term, you have a combination of two of my favorite things; Gastronomy, and the British Public House- or Pub. Gastronomy is the study of the relationship between culture and food… and a pub, which needs no explanation, is a great place to undertake that study.
