I just received my Massachusetts Agricultural Fairs 2007 brochure and it's full of great ideas for the weekends!  Since we can't post specifics due to the nature of this site, I thought everyone could find some local fairs in your region to visit year 'round.  I support local farms whenever I can and this is the time of year to do that!
