PTO Today has a nice website with information on programs, tools, key issues and events that all Parent  Organizations  can use, be they PTOs, PTAs, or others!  They have an ideas blog, and offer many planning kits for free.  If you're part of a parent organization, check it out for ideas and inspiration.
