Their site is a great resource with helpful tools including downloadable sample sleep schedules and charts as well as recommended reading and web resources to meet your child's sleep needs.  I was personally surprised to learn that my daughter is definitely not getting enough sleep! The women at Sleepy Planet offer personalized sleep consultations as well as counseling services, parenting groups and parent education.
