If you want a quick recipe that your kids will eat, make chicken alfredo with brocolli using the alfredo sauce by Classico. The sauce is so creamy and chessy yet it is light and very flavorfull. I chop up the brocolli really fine so the kids can barely taste it and they gobble it up because they love the sauce. Plus it is so quick and easy, just sautee the chicken in olive oil (add some spices if you want to - I use garlic), cook pasta while you are doing the chicken breast. Add in broccoli to the pasta water to cook quickly. Once both chicken and pasta are done, dump in the pasta with the chicken and add the Classico alfredo sauce and heat on low until heated to your desire. Total time is about 15-20 mins.
