I have a number of friends who have children with extreme food allergies.  They all rave about the Cherry Brook Kitchen line of baking products.  Cakes, brownies, cookies, pancakes, frosting - you name it.

Mixes are peanut free, dairy free, gluten free, egg free & nut free.  How on earth they made these so tasty is beyond me.  But I do know that all of my friends who are dealing with severe allergy issues swear by them.
