A Place of Our Own is the daily television series that airs on PBS, it also includes a website and outreach programs for parents and care providers of young children. The site has an abundant amount of information related to child development, child care managment, special needs and many other topics and resources. I especially appreciate the effort made in attempting to bridge the gap between care providers/teachers and parents of young children. In addition their child-centered activites featured on the show are both fun and creative. The Shaving Cream Art activity that was demonstrated today looks like its gonna be fun!
