If you have a child with Celiac Disease or with a gluten intolerance Halloween can be a trying time figuring out which candies are 'safe' and which aren't...not only are you checking the safety of candy handed out from strangers for those almost mythlike dangers but you also have to check for a different kind of poison...Gluten!
