Picasa is a free software download from Google (takes about 2 minutes to set up) that helps you locate and organize all the photos on your computer; edit and add effects to your photos with a few simple clicks, and share your photos with others through email, prints. It’s fast, easy and free.

I couldn't believe how easy this was and how fast it collected and organized every photo on my computer.   You'll love this.  And you can pretty much do almost anything to your photos.  Crop, colorize, change to black & white or sepia, rotate, eliminate redeye, resize, you name it!

I've turned several of my own friends on to this and they can't imagine digital photoing without it.  It's good stuff!
