You can buy ready-made packets at some stores, but a more natural option is to fill a small saucepan with water, bring to a boil, then let simmer after adding a few lemon wedges and as much or little ginger as you'd like. The longer the simmering, the stronger the tea. Both ingredients help relieve nausea, are natural, and are quite tastey in this form.
