The Washington Post has a few parenting blogs including "On Parenting."  Written by Stacey Garfinkle with some guest contributors, it is a great blog to monitor.  They cover all kinds of parenting news and even have a weekly entry on a family navigating their child's early childhood screenings and Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
