We just bought and completed the pre-assembled Gingerbread house from Trader Joe's and we loved it!  I don't really bake and just knew my 4yr old wouldn't have the patience to wait for all the prep work so I opted for the kit and it came out great!  I bought extra candy though to allow for more decoration time and my daughter had fun loading the house with all the goodies.
