If you are vegetarian and "on the road", here are some sure bets for  (inexpensive) fare your kids will eat.

Friendly's: mozzarella sticks, cheese quesadillas, grilled cheese, and of course icecream for dessert :-)

Denny's: breakfast all day long!  french toast, pancakes, eggs

99 Restaurant: pasta, great tasting "sides" like baked potatoes with cheese, mixed veggies, whipped winter squash with lots of cinnamon, butter and brown sugar (tastes like pumpkin pie)

Taco bell: beans, cheese, nacho chips, salsa in a variety of configurations such as mexican pizza and seven-layer burrito

Dunkin Donuts: bagels and cream cheese

Bertuccis: many choices of pizza and pasta

Au Bon Pain: always offer vegetarian soup choices, spinach and cheese croissant, several veg. hot sandwiches

Fresh City: good veggie sandwiches and wraps, hot and cold

Burger King: some locations offer a vegetarian burger!

True Vegetarians do not eat eggs, cheese, milk, etc. Plus all these things are so full of crap. None of it nutritious. I would rather bring my own food.
