Sixty Minute Bread
2 cups lukewarm water 2 Tbsp dry yeast
4 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cooking oil 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix water, yeast, and sugar together. Let stand 10 minutes. Add salt and oil. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough forms a ball. Knead on floured board for 5 minutes. Split into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf pans to rise for 30 min. Bake 25-30 min, let cool and enjoy!
