I love my Bob-o-Pedic! Yes, the commercials are annoying, and yes the customer service leaves a lot (a lot!) to be desired, but we bought a Bob-O-Pedic king size mattress, and it is heavon on earth. We spoke to some people who have had them for years, and they said they stay just like new for years and years. It is so comfortable, I love it. But don't buy the matching pillows for over one hundred dollars-the same ones are available for under forty dollars on the internet.
