This is an easy idea for a Valentine gift.  Cut out small hearts from construction or patterned paper, layer a couple of them, write a message and staple or glue the hearts to a tea bag tag.  Then put a few tea bags in a cellophane bag and tie.  Cute gift for teachers or friends.
