The flu bug is in full steam in my hometown and I've been trying to keep it at bay with Oscillococcinum, AKA Oscillo.  This stuff ROCKS.  It's a homeopathic remedy and you take it when you're feeling something brewing.  All major stores now carry it.  It's on the pricy side, but WELL worth it, if you don't have to miss work or school!

The kids have been taking it all week! :)
