I have made this dessert for Valentine’s Day, and it comes out really well.  It is fairly easy and I like that it only makes two servings, so you can’t overindulge.  It requires at least three hours of freezing time after you assemble it, so you can make it in the morning ahead of time and then pop it in the oven for dinner.
