I usually think of ziti or lasagna when I bake pasta and ravioli when I just boil and toss with sauce. I thought of this dish one night when I was in the mood for a casserole, and it was a big hit. Boil cheese ravioli and meat tortellini as usual. Drain, toss with as much cheese as your conscience will allow, and a bottle of your favorite flavor of pasta sauce. I use four-cheese Italian shredded cheese, but you can use whatever. Add whatever seasonings your jar of pasta is lacking ( I always add garlic no matter what brand I buy). Pour into a casserole, sprinkle top with mozzarella, and bake 20 to 30 minutes at about 375 degrees. Serve with salad.
