My family LOVES these herbed red potatoes. Even my 7 and 5 year old kids love them, and usually ask for seconds. My favorite time to make them is for Easter Dinner. They are so easy to make, cook quickly and are so yummy. They go wonderfully with ham, chicken or roast. They are great for picnics also.
