A new meta-study by the Environmental Working Group has found that 84% of 785 suncreens with an SPF of 15 or higher do not offer enough protection from the sun's damaging rays or contain ingredients that may pose a health hazard. You can check the sunscreen database on their website to see if your sunscreen passes muster. Note: with my web browser, I had to scroll down before I saw the results.
