Here's the delicious 10-minute tortellini soup I invented this week, and we loved it! Start with a can of Chunky Chicken and Wild Rice, or I guess you could use Chicken Noodle instead. I like the rice though. Add two cans of (low sodium and/or low fat) chicken broth. Use a good tasty brand. If it is too thick, add another can of broth, or add some bullion and water. Bring to a boil. Put in a package of meat tortellini (I guess you could use cheese) and let cook in the boiling soup about 5 to 7 minutes. Season if desired. I added seasoned salt, garlic powder and a little oregano. Voila! Hearty, delicious simple dinner. Serve with bread and salad. HINT: don't skip the Chunky soup, that's what gives it the body and richness we loved.
