Served with fresh fruit and a tall glass of orange juice, this make ahead recipe is sure to please!
Breakfast Casserole
7 slices white bread
1-2 cups cubed ham or sliced cooked link sausage
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Lightly butter bread. Cut off crusts, cut into large cubes, and place in buttered 9x13 cake pan. Cover with ham or sausage, then onions, then cheese. Whip together milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over other ingredients. Cover with foil and chil overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
