Okay this stuff is GOOD.  I picked it up ther other day because the box was purple (in the sea of blue pasta boxes) and it had a lot of fiber and protein in it.  Well, it's great.  It really tastes the same as regular pasta and each serving contains 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein.  It is also an excellent source of calcium, as much calcium as in an 8 oz. glass of milk.  Why can't they do this for all foods I wonder?  :)

Anyway - it's a great new way to get something good in yourself and your family.   And now pasta night can be a whole lot more than just carbs.   All that protein & fiber also seems to give you a much more satisfied feeling after you eat it.
