Does your daughter want to be a leader? See if she is interested in Girl Scouts! A recent article states that most Girl Scouts grow up to use the leadership qualities that they acquired in the Girl Scout program.
Research shows that nearly seven in 10 professional women were Girl Scouts in their childhood, and “82 percent of high-achieving Girl Scout alumnae believe that Girl Scouting influenced their success.”
Girl Scouts offers young females the opportunity to participate in all sorts of fun activities, ranging from camping to fashion shows to community service projects. Young girls become leaders, work in a team, and build confidence. As a former Girl Scout myself, I highly recommend it!
