Did you know that when accompanied by an adult, kids under 12 ride free on the T in Boston, even on the commuter rail?   I found this out in the Boston Globe the other day.

MBTA: Adults: prices range from $1.25 (bus) to $7.75 (Interzone commuter rail). Under 12: free with an adult.
