Both my children, ages 6 & 8, have been training at Kovar's for 6 months now, and there really aren't enough good things to say about it. They are both always looking forward to their lessons, practice constantly at home and are incredibly mindful and respectful. From the beginning I have been amazed at how my daughter, in particular, has become more focused, stronger and sure of herself. This is one class that I am sure will influence how she carries herself in the future, as well as the obvious potential for self-defense... (and it's sweet how sometimes, in ballet class, she stands at attention - instead of first position) : )
