I saw this really intereting lookin sprinkler ball on a TV show and I thought it looked really fun.  I found it on the Toys R Us website - on sale no less!

Basically, it's a very colorful, inflatable, beach ball with about 6 spray openings.  (An air pump is most helpful as it's about 18" in circumference).  Once you get it blown up - you fill a small resevoir in the bottom with about 1/2 gallon of water for stabilty and then you hook up the hose and the fun starts!

We all love it because it sprays a fine mist from a number of sprayers - which is really refreshing.  This sprinkler is great for both young toddlers young children because they can approach the ball from all directions.  I also found that it can water my lawn pretty well! 

I decided to inflate it once and then store it inflated in the garage.  Otherwise, I think having to blow it up every time might get annoying.

I picked up a few of these just to have on hand - I know we will be having a lot of fun with it this summer!
