
Regardless of your running level, if you are interested in improving your running this book provides excellent training programs for 5Ks up to marathons. I have found that it is much more interesting to run if I have a schedule to follow. The programs in this book are easy to follow and they will actually make you faster. I have followed the marathon program and I have reduced my marathon time by over 10 minutes. But, you don't have to race to benefit from this book. Anyone who wants to improve their running and increase their motivation will find this book helpful. I've found that I feel much better the rest of the day if I make time for running.
