Paper Stars for the Fourth

We made tons of these stars last summer using red, white and blue construction paper, and put them all over the house.  They are easy for kids to make, and look like origami because of the folds.  String a bunch of them with yarn or ribbon and make garlands for your mantel or walls.  They also would make great Christmas ornaments, as people said in the comments section.

Cute project, I'll have to incorporate them into our summer decoration. They might be cute to reward my daughter on her potty training.

I love these stars. I am going to find a way to use them in school next year too--they seem "mathematical"--I'll have to find a use for them. Thanks.
