I've discovered a way to store cheese in the fridge without it going moldy!  It's so easy - and I've no idea why it works, but it does.  After you open a package of cheese - wrap it in foil to store it.  Works like a charm!  I usually leave the plastic wrap that it came in as well but you can remove that if you want.

No more fuzzy green cheese in the back of your cheese drawer!  (Of course you can't keep it in there forever....but this definitely prolongs any open cheese's lifespan).  :)

You can do this with onions and celery too. My Mom has been doing this for years! Thanks for the tip with the cheese! I'll have to try that!

I've been known for buying expensive cheese at a gourmet shop and forgetting about it! Great tip!

This is great, since I like to buy cheese when it is on sale and often see it turn green in the end. Perfect!
