Installing laminate flooring? When I read the instructions it said to use an installation kit. I laughed and said why bother I can do it without. Was I wrong! Life became so much easier with the use of a kit. (It also said in the flooring instructions that without the use of a kit the warranty may be voided. Oh.) I checked out all sorts of installation kits and the Simple Solutions (Art. No. 45115) seemed to fit the kind of work I was doing. I got it at the local Home Depot. First I used this installation kit on laminate flooring and then I was able to use it when installing oak flooring. The spacers were very helpful, but it was the tap bars that really made the difference. I had very little waste and no broken pieces from hammering. If you're putting in flooring you'll know what I mean. Good luck!
