This is like Craigslist but aimed more specifically towards selling/buying maternity clothes, misc stuff for mom and kids items.  Divided up by region, they are trying to branch out into other areas.  If Craigslist is too broad for you, try this site and it is free to use too.  This was created by a bunch of moms.  If you like it then tell others about it too.
