You've got that sink of dirty dishes to attend to and the sun is going down.  Before you get to work, though, have a little fun with your daughter (or son).  Fill the sink halfway with warm sudsy water and ask your daughter to go and get her barbie (or other plastic) dolls.  Turn the sudsy sink into a hot tub for the Barbies.  Let her play with the spray nozzle and water faucet.  Pretend that the running water is a waterfall or shower for the dolls.  Have a good time and enjoy this quality time with your child before getting back to that sink of dishes.
