When my baby was little I bought the Gerber baby food in the plastic containers. Then I realize that I could make my own baby food and reuse the little containers. It worked so well and was way cheaper. After babyhood past, I put them away. I hoped I could reuse them for something else... crafts. Recently my son started preschool and needed a lunch. I was blown away by the amount of plastic bags we used in just the first few weeks. So I brought out the Gerber baby containers and now fill them with raisins, carrots.... any snack item. They are easy to open and are the perfect size! I feel good about using them now for the third time! I wonder what will be next?

These also work with painting projects - for storing paint, water, beads or other craft items The larger glass jars also work well as little vases...just paint and wrap for a quick gift! Just had another baby...so will start stocking up again!
