I heard a statistic a little while back that after a few years over half of your pillow's bulk is dust mites.  Ewww!  That was the ammunition I used to finally get my notoriously frugal husband to ditch the pillows we were using that I am almost positive are as old as us and invest in something better for our health and well-being...and it turns out, the environment.  Serenity Pillows offers all kinds of environmentally friendly and health friendly sleeping alternatives designed by a person who couldn't find the right pillow  Best of all, they recommend the pillow to you based on the way that you sleep and give recommendations for making the best night's sleep possible.  For instance, I am a side sleeping who likes my head high.  So I purchased one of the side sleeping pillows (rejuvenation millet) and set it up on it's side so that I could get optimum support.  And don't forget to get a protective cover as well to keep those nasty little dust mites out.  I am sleeping like a dream...now if I could only get my kids to do the same!

They range in price from $50-$90 depending on which one you choose. I guess that sounds expensive, but it is nothing compared to most memory foam (not eco-friendly) pillows. Hope that helps!
