Never slave over coupons and supermarket sale flyers ever again. I read about the Grocery Game and Coupon Mom in an article and I tried them out. They really work.

Basically, both services collect the coupons from the Sunday papers and enter them into a database - including expiration date. Then they match them up weekly with the supermarket sale flyers so you can get what they call the "rock bottom" prices on your groceries and stock up when the prices are low. Since they have the database of coupons, they advise you just to snag the coupon flyer out of the Sunday paper and put them in a file by date - so no more aimless coupon clipping and filing. You just need to log in every week and print out the list of the best deals, cut out the appropriate coupons and go to the store.

The one downside is that they don't cover all supermarkets yet - so if your main store is not covered, then you're out of luck. In my area, they both cover Stop & Shop, Shaws/Star, CVS and Walgreens. Coupon Mom also covers Wal-Mart and Target!

The Grocery Game costs about $5 a month, after the trial, depending on how many stores you track. A free alternative, Coupon Mom, has a similar service but it is a little overwhelming with its ads.

Check it out, they are neat.
