My kids love arts and crafts and I found this website with the best paper doll templates.  You can choose black and white for your kids to color in or choose to print in color if your kids don't want to color. There were so many different types of paper dolls to choose from - various hairstyles and clothes and even themes too. It kept my kids busy for 2 hours.
