I'm a trustee at my charter school and I was asked by our superintendent to prepare a speech to deliver at an accountability forum for parents.  There could be 20 parents there or 200, just that prospect gave me cold feet. 

However, I found this article and it has helped me so much.  I'll be able to do this afterall!
